AGREEMENT

By shopping at www.scala.is you agree to the terms and conditions set out here. Prices, images and product descriptions on the website and in the product catalog are published with the exception of errors.

PEACE POLICY & SECURITY

All personal information is confidential and only used in accordance with Icelandic privacy policies.

When paying by card, the payment is processed through the secure payment gateway Rapyd in Iceland. Cardholder information is not disclosed to third parties. We take cybersecurity very seriously and all breaches are reported to the police.

ORDERS

If a product is out of stock and not available at the wholesaler, the customer will be sent an email to that effect and offered a refund or a wait until the product is available.

There is a 14-day return period from delivery for all products unless an offer is involved. To exercise this right, the customer sends an email or announces the return by phone. Shipping costs are not refundable. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer. The order will be refunded in the same way it was paid for.

Only one discount code is allowed per order.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of delivery to the customer. Gift cards purchased at www.scala.is can only be used on the company's website, unless otherwise stated. To use the gift card, follow the instructions here …. << information about gift cards comes here>>

SHIPMENTS

Pick up at Scala Hair Salon: Delivery is arranged as soon as possible, customer receives a text message when delivery is ready.

Home delivery: Home delivery is between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM every weekday. Same day if possible, otherwise the next day.

Dropp (currently unavailable): Shipment is picked up as soon as possible and delivered to a Dropp location. Customer receives an SMS when shipment is ready.

When choosing to use a third party as a shipping provider, Scala.is is not responsible for delays that occur with that party.

OTHER

It is not permitted to copy, modify or distribute material from the site for commercial purposes. The content of the site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The terms of the site are in accordance with the laws of Iceland and all disputes will be decided by an Icelandic court.
